Arianna Masotti Unveils Post-Workout Therapy at Wellnergy Festival

Wellnergy returned to Wimbledon Park this June and delivered exactly what thousands of festivalgoers were looking for, a high-energy wellness event that truly lived up to its promise.

‍ ‍

Across Friday 12th and Saturday 13th June, the festival became a buzzing hub of transformative talks, expert fitness sessions, yoga classes and hands-on workshops from leading brands and specialists.

‍ ‍

The event showcased an impressive roster of specialist guest speakers, each bringing evidence-based expertise to the Wellnergy stage.

‍ ‍

Clinical Psychologist Arianna Masotti, CEO and founder of Bloome Wellness, was among the standout speakers, delivering insights using proven techniques including CBT, CFT, ACT, and mindfulness.

‍ ‍

Specialising in self-esteem, anxiety, relationships, and career goals, Arianna captivated the audience with her fascinating guest talk on Post-Workout Therapy, bridging the gap between physical fitness and mental recovery.

‍ ‍

Arianna explained: “Wellnergy is one of those rare events that actually practises what it preaches. It doesn't just talk about wellness, it creates an environment where you can feel it.

‍ ‍

“When I first came across Wellnergy, I immediately recognised the same belief that drives my work, that physical movement and mental wellbeing are not separate things.

‍ ‍

“For me that is not a philosophy, it is the foundation of everything I do clinically.

‍ ‍

“Being part of a festival that brings together fitness, mindfulness, nutrition and music in one space felt completely aligned with who I am and what I believe in.

“I spoke at Wellnergy 2026 on Post-Workout Therapy, the clinical method I developed that channels the dopamine and energy you generate after exercise directly into a coaching or therapy session.

‍ ‍

In my session I talked about how to use your post-workout state to work on your goals, your mindset, your emotional resilience and giving people practical tools about relationships, career goals and self-esteem.

It was interactive, grounded in neuroscience and very real.

‍ ‍

Wellnergy proudly deliver ‘Wellness your Way’ - an inclusive approach designed to empower individuals to explore and define their own wellness journey.

‍ ‍

It is an ethos that "sets Wellnergy apart" believes Arianna.

Arianna said: “What sets Wellnergy apart is that it is genuinely inclusive and genuinely fun. A lot of wellness spaces can feel exclusive or intimidating like you need to already be healthy to belong there.

‍ ‍

“Wellnergy actively breaks that down. Their mission of "Wellness Your Way" is something I deeply respect because that is exactly what I tell my clients, there is no one-size-fits-all path to feeling good.

‍ ‍

I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the HCPC and the founder of Bloome Wellness and Post-Workout Therapy.

‍ ‍

“Day to day I work with executives, founders and high achievers, people who are brilliant at their jobs but struggling privately with burnout, self-esteem, relationships or direction.

‍ ‍

“My sessions are not traditional therapy. I work with clients in that powerful window right after they exercise, when the brain is flooded with dopamine and far more open to change.

‍ ‍

“I have delivered sessions across London and New York, and I am expanding the method internationally.

‍ ‍

“I also speak at conferences and events and conduct research with the University of West London.”

Arianna’s passion is Post-Workout Therapy, and she sees Wellnergy as the “perfect home” for her business, Bloome Wellness.

Having first met Wellnergy Founder, Nick Steiert, through a Game Changers networking event, Arianna was drawn to the company's community-driven outlook.

Arianna continued: “I connected with Wellnergy through Nick, the creator and founder, we met at Game Changers’ birthday party, it’s an incredible community for entrepreneurs and high achievers.

‍ ‍

“The moment I came across what they were building I knew it was my kind of event, a space where movement, mental health and community all come together without any barriers.

‍ ‍

“It felt like the perfect home for Post-Workout Therapy because the audience at Wellnergy already understands the power of moving their body.

‍ ‍

“My job is just to show them what else is possible when they do. My work is literally built on the intersection of all these things.

‍ ‍

“Post-Workout Therapy starts with movement: the fitness element. The session itself is a mindfulness practice in the truest sense: being present with your thoughts, your body and your emotions at the same moment.

‍ ‍

“Nutrition plays a huge role in energy and mood, which is why Bloome Wellness integrates nutritionists into our team. In addition, music, the rhythm of a workout, the power of sound to shift your state is something I use in my post-exercise guided visualisations too.”

Arianna hopes that Wellnergy created a sense of belonging to all those who attended the festival, with wellness an important part of everyday life.

‍ ‍

“I hope those who listened to me left with one simple idea that changes everything, the energy you feel after a workout is one of the most powerful psychological states available to you and most people are wasting it.

‍ ‍

“You do not need to be in a therapy room, you do not need years of work, you just need to catch that window and use it with intention.

‍ ‍

“Wellness is not a destination, it is a daily practice and today is as good a day as any to start.

“Real change happens in the community. You can read all the books and follow all the accounts, but there is something that shifts when you are surrounded by people who are all choosing to invest in themselves at the same time.

‍ ‍

“This creates that collective energy which is contagious in the best possible way. For a lot of people, a festival like this is the moment they realise wellness is not boring, not exclusive, not out of reach and it is theirs. That realisation can genuinely change the direction of someone's life.”
